Ocena częstości spożycia śniadań wśród dzieci wiejskich
[The estimation of the frequency of the consumption of breakfast among rural children]

STRESZCZENIE
Celem pracy była ocena częstości i regularności spożycia śniadań wśród dzieci wiejskich oraz zbadanie związków pomiędzy sytuacją ekonomiczno-społeczna rodzin badanych dzieci a częstością spożycia śniadań. Badaniem objęto 2584 dziewcząt i chłopców w wieku 7-15 lat. Pierwszego śniadania nie spożyła w dniu badania ponad 1/5 uczniów, zaś drugiego śniadania – ponad 1/8. Dzieci pochodzące z rodzin o dobrej sytuacji ekonomicznospołecznej spożywały posiłki bardziej regularnie w porównaniu z dziećmi z rodzin o złej sytuacji.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study was the estimation of the frequency and regularity of the consumption of breakfasts among rural children, and the examining of relations between the economic and social situation of families of the investigated children and the frequency of the consumption of breakfasts. The investigation included 2.584 girls and boys aged 7-15 years. The first breakfast was not eaten on the day of the investigation by over 1/5 of the schoolchildren, while light lunch was not eaten by over 1/8 schoolchildren. Children who come from well-off families consumed meals more regularly than children from poorer families.
