Modyfikacja enzymatycznej metody oznaczania cholesterolu
[Modification of enzymatic method of cholesterol determination]

ABSTRACT

Fluorimetric substrates for peroxidase activity determining were descirbed in this work so that to establish cholesterol concentration by enzymatic method, p-hydroxyphenyloacetate acid was used, as the most favourable, so that to determine cholesterol content in meat products. Using of this compound enables to diminish cholesterol determining limit more than 10-times. Obtained results of cholesterol content are convergent with results obtained by the other authors.
